How to Cook Frozen Dumplings, Bao Buns & Onigiris - “quick and safe preparation”
Dumplings
Boiled Dumplings - 7 min
1. Bring enough water to a boil, add salt to taste
2. Add the frozen dumplings to the boiling water, using a spoon to check that they are separated
3. Cover for approximately 1 minute until the water boils again, then uncover and cook in boiling water for 7 minutes
Pan-fried Dumplings - 10 min
1. Place the frozen dumplings in a non-stick pan, add a little oil over medium heat
2. Add a little cold water to the pan and continue frying until the dough absorbs the water
3. Lower the heat and cook until the bottom of the dumplings is golden brown
Steamed Dumplings - 15 min
1. Place frozen dumplings in a steamer on top of lettuce leaves (chives, bok choy, etc.)
2. Place the steamer on top of a pan with enough water
3. As soon as the water boils, let the steam cook the dumplings for 15-20 minutes
Bao Buns
Bao Buns Pan-fried - 15 min
1. Place frozen Buns in a non-stick pan, add a little oil over medium heat
2. Add a little cold water to the pan and continue frying until the batter absorbs the water
3. Lower the heat and cook until the bottom of the Buns is golden brown
Bao Buns Steamed - 20 min
1. Place frozen Buns in a steamer on top of lettuce leaves (chives, bok choy, etc.)
2. Place the steamer on top of a pan with enough water
3. As soon as the water boils, let the steam cook Buns for 15-20 minutes
